Onions and Olive oil for Hair Growth

Onions are rich in vitamin C, folic acid, vitamin B, amino acid, calcium, iron, sulfur, and potassium. HOW TO USE ONIONS AND OLIVE OIL FOR HAIR GROWTH:

You need:
  • One onion
  • 2-3 tbsp of olive oil
Process:
  1. Take one onion and then peel it.
  2. Grate it to extract the juice from an onion.
  3. Add 2-3 tbsp of olive oil to the extracted onion juice.
  4. Now apply this juice and oil to the scalp by sectioning your hair.
  5. Rest this mixture to sit on for about 30-45 minutes
  6. As onion leaves an odor smell it would be better to rinse your hair with mild shampoo.
How often:
  • Apply this oil thrice a week for better results.
Tip:
  • Sulphur is highly intolerant to heat, so I suggest you to use it in a raw form.

Ginger and Coconut Oil for Hair Growth

Freshly extracted ginger juice contains magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, vitamins, and sulfur. They help in nourishing and moisturizing the scalp. Ginger contains antimicrobial and antifungal properties present in the ginger helps in fighting scalp infections like dandruff.
       Coconut oil is loaded with a pack of benefits. It is rich in antioxidants and nutrients such as vitamin E, vitamin K and iron. It has lauric acid and medium chained fatty acids, they facilitate scalp with abundant nutrients.

HOW TO USE GINGER AND COCONUT OIL FOR HAIR GROWTH

You need:
  • Ginger
  • Coconut oil
Process:
  1. Peel ginger and cut it into a smaller pieces
  2. Now grate these small ginger pieces into a paste
  3. Take a muslin cloth or filter to extract the juice from the paste.
  4. Now mix coconut oil and ginger juice in equal proportions, and store it to use further.
  5. Apply this mixture by sectioning your hair.
  6. Let this mixture to sit for about 2-3 hours, then rinse it with cold water.

Neem Leaves and Coconut Oil for Hair Growth

​HOW TO USE NEEM LEAVES AND COCONUT OIL:

You need:
  • Neem leaves
  • Coconut oil
Process:
  1. Take some fresh neem leaves. Make sure to wash them until it remains free from dirt.
  2. Now blend those leaves until you get a thick and fine paste.
  3. As heating oil directly makes it exhaust from all its natural vitamins and minerals.
  4. So heat a bowl of water and then put a separate bowl of 100 ml coconut oil into it.
  5. As soon as the oil gets heated, add 2-3 tbsp of neem paste into the oil.
  6. After 15 minutes it starts changing its color to green, it's not done yet.
  7. Continue to stir it until you get dark green in color.
  8. Now let the oil cool down to the room temperature.
  9. Filter this oil using muslin cloth or filter and store it for further use.
Tip:
  • Apply this oil twice or thrice a week.
