ADHO MUKHA SWANASANA
This pose is named after the dog because, more or less one must stand like a dog in this asana (as shown in figure). This asana is very easy from beginner to expert, anyone can mold themselves to get into this asana.

Uttanasana is also called as standing forward bend pose, it forms the part of the Surya Namaskar sequences. In Sanskrit, uttana means intense stretch and asana means posture. In this posture when the body is inverted, heart reaches above the head as shown in the figure. This makes us get relieved from stress. Empty your stomach before practicing this posture, else it is impossible to get into this posture.

USTRASANA
Ustrasana is also called as camel poses, it opens up the Anahata (heart chakra) it helps in improving conditions of the digestive, respiratory, endocrine, lymphatic, skeletal, and circulatory systems. Practice this posture for about 30-60 seconds.
Benefits: This asana opens up the Anahata chakra, this makes you get rid of trapped stress and anxiety. SARVANGASANA
Sarvangasana also called the All Limb Pose, it is formerly called as the queen of all asanas. It is the most powerful asana that will help you ease in doing various other asanas. One has to do Sarvangasana only in the morning times, on an empty stomach. You can practice Sarvangasana for about 30-60 seconds.

PAWAN MUKTHASANA
Pawanmuktasana, also called as the Wind-Relieving Pose, is one of those poses that can be easily done by beginners. But it would be difficult if you got a belly. One must practice this asana in the morning because it clears all the digestive gases from the stomach and forms an excellent base for further exercise. This basic level Vinyasa Yoga pose needs to be held for 30-60 seconds.

SIRASANA
Sirasana, also called the Headstand Pose, is the king of all asanas. Try it only when your body is ready to take it. This asana needs at least 10-12 hours gap between your last meal and the exercise. So, morning is the ideal time to do the asana. This advanced level Vinyasa Yoga pose can be held anywhere between 1-5 minutes or even less as per your convenience.
