Herbal Coconut Oil
Right from the beginning of the ages coconut oil has been used by our ancestors for the healthy growth of hair. It is abundantly rich in fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals. It helps remove the sebum build up in hair follicles. This Improves the quality of hair by reducing hair fall, using this remedy drags you out of vata dosha. It means that it helps in nourishing hair follicles by controlling premature graying and dandruff.

Preparation:
Use this oil twice or thrice makes your hair strands stronger and darker.
- Soak Fenugreek seeds overnight.
- Next morning, Remove the seeds from Amla and cut them into pieces.
- Blend Amla, soaked fenugreek seeds, curry leaves to a fine paste.
- Now switch on the flame, heat coconut oil in the pan at slow flame.
- Now add the mix of fine paste into the oil, then cook it for 25-30 minutes at the slow flame, until the bubbles are disappeared from the oil.
- Then switch it off and let it cool to the room temperature.
- Now strain the oil and store it in a container.
Use this oil twice or thrice makes your hair strands stronger and darker.
Shikakai Shampoo
Shikakai is a word originated from Tamil, where it means fruit for hair. It is enriched with anti-fungal and essential nutrients to nourish hair scalp. It would also help in controlling dandruff. Due to its low ph level, it doesn't let your natural oils to strip from your scalp. Shikakai is free from sulfates, so it won't produce much lather like sulfate shampoos. Usually, it acts as a conditioner and detangles the curly hair. Using this remedy makes you get relieved from Vata dosha

- Soak the mentioned ingredients in 750ml of water overnight.
- Next day morning, boil the water with ingredients until they are completely softened.
- Let it rest until the temperature falls to room temperature.
- Now strain the liquid and store it in shampoo bottle for further use.
- On first application it doesn't give you much leather, so wash your hair twice to get a rich lather.
- You can use this shampoo twice or thrice a week.
Soap Nuts
Soap nuts are also called as soap berries. They contain saponin, this makes it render soaping effects. using this remedy makes your hair voluminous, thick, and strong. It acts as a mild solution, this won't strip the natural oils from the scalp. This remedy definitely drives you away from vata dosha.

1.Soak de-seeded soap nuts for overnight.
2.Next day morning, squeeze the soaked soap nuts to extract the juice from soap nuts
3.Now strain the soap nut juice to use it as shampoo.
4.Massage your hair by pouring this solution, continue to do until you get a slight lather.
5.Now pour this solution, and massage it one more time to get a rich lather.
6.Then rinse your hair with water.
How often?

Amla is also called as Indian Gooseberry, Amla is enriched with calcium, iron, carotene, vitamin B, and protein. According to Ayurveda, amla balances all three doshas pitta, vata, and Kapha. amla is particularly helpful in reducing pitta because of its cooling energy. It also balances both pitta and vata by virtue of its sweet taste. The Kapha disorder can be controlled primarily due to its drying action. It may be used to promote longevity, and to enhance digestion, treat constipation, purify the blood (raktaprasadana).

- Mix all the above ingredients in a cup of curd
- Give it a good mix and make sure the paste is free of lumps
- Now apply this hair pack and let this rest for about 1-2 hours
- Then rinse your hair with a mild shampoo.
- Initiate it twice a week after one month, make it once a week.
Bhringraj (The King Of Hair)
Bhringraj is also known as the king of herbs, king of hair, and scientifically called as Eclipta prostrata. Bhringraj helps in promoting hair growth by relieving from stress and nourishes hair from missing nutrients, it works very well in reversing bald by enhancing blood circulation in the scalp. Bhringraj controls kapha and vata disorders in a human body with its magical herbal properties.

- Take some bhringraj leaves(according to your hair)
- Now blend them with some water to get a thick and fine paste
- You can apply this paste to hair and scalp
- And let it rest for about 20-30 minutes
- Then rinse your hair with water
- Apply this paste week twice or thrice to get better results.
- Mixing this paste with tulsi and amla, adds a benefit to your hair.
Aloe Vera
Aloe vera is rich in vitamin A, C, E, vitamin B12, and folic acid. It gently cleans scalp by stripping extra sebum and residue from it, without causing any harm to hair strands. Aloe vera is an excellent ingredient for boosting scalp health, curbing hair fall, and promoting hair growth.
